LOC MAINTENANCE
Services
New Client Consultation – This session is designed to understand your hair journey and vision for your locs. We’ll discuss your hair type, scalp health, and any previous experiences with locs or similar styles. We’ll explore different loc methods, maintenance routines, and styling options that suit your lifestyle and preferences. Feel free to bring any questions or inspirations images to discuss.
Starter Loc Consultation - As we map out your loc journey, we’ll dive deep into your hair
aspirations, discussing the difference starting methods, maintenance and styling
preferences moving forward.
Reconstruction Consultation – In this session, we will assess the condition of your locs
and discuss any challenges you may be facing, such as thinning, breakage or maintenance
issues. Together, we’ll explore reconstruction techniques and create a personalized plan
to restore and strengthen your locs.
Loc Extension Consultation – During this session, we’ll discuss your vision for adding
length and volume to your locs. We’ll access your hair type and texture to determine the
best extension method for you. Topics covered include length and diameter of extensions,
color, maintenance, and styling options.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are applied to remaining balance of service and are non-refundable and non -
transferrable to another client.
- You may reschedule once using the same deposit unless within 24 hours of service
CANCELLATION
Deposits will be forfeited for No Call/No Show and appointments cancelled within 24
hours of service
PAYMENTS
Preferred payment of remaining balance is Cash or Zelle. Card Swipe is available for 3% fee.
LATE POLICY
There is a 15-minute grace policy. A $20 late fee will apply up to 30 minutes late. After 30
minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Due to limited seating, please avoid additional guests unless being serviced, with the
exception of parents accompanying their minor children.
